Our lawful bases
Performance of a contract for administering your entries, legal obligation for age verification and record keeping, legitimate interests for fraud prevention and service improvement, and consent for marketing.
Sharing
We share data with our payment provider, delivery partners for prize fulfilment, and professional advisers where required. We never sell your personal data.
Retention
Entry and order records are kept for seven years to meet accounting and audit requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.
